EMPOWERING LEADERS FOR LASTING GROWTH

Since 2015 we have known conclusively that the number one reason why people leave their roles is because of a bad manager (Gallup). That is why a primary passion we share at MBI is to do everything we can to train and equip leaders. We especially want to help those who are called to lead the teams that will effectively, lovingly and joyfully serve the vision and mission of the ministry to which God has called them.
